If there are thoughts of exporting AMCA (stupid not to think about exporting it IMO), India will need to persuade potential customers that it may possibly provide ample product support. Best way to do this is to export Tejas first, establish shortfalls in help, type them out and establish a monitor file of competence on this domain. It is a lot simpler to persuade a potential buyer that you will be able to supply enough product help when you can demonstrate that you’re already providing it for a similar product (fast jet).
